The Constitutional Court dismissed the challenge to the unconstitutionality of paragraph (d) of Article 6 Corporation Insurance Coverage Regulation No. 14 of 2015.
The court issued its decision on 7/9/2021. It issued it in a session held under the chairmanship of Judge Hisham Al-Tal, considering that the challenged text is not contrary to the provision of Article (100) of the Constitution or the provision of Article (5) of the Administrative Judiciary Law in force. The court added in its decision that the appellant's argument about the unconstitutionality of paragraph (d) of Article (6) of the system of coverage of the insurance of the public institution is not contained because the text of the paragraph is a confirmation of what is stated in the Social Security Law in force.
