The Constitutional Court rejected the plea of unconstitutionality of Articles (3/b, 13 and 21) of Regulation No. (59) of 2015 and Article (3/b) of Regulation No. (55) of 2015, this came in the meeting held by the Court
under the chairmanship of Mr. Mohamed Al-Mahadeen, Vice President of the Constitutional Court on 4/4/2023.
